Our Solution
Jietai supplied 16mm five-layer hollow polycarbonate sheets in opal white for the 4,500 square meter roof area. The multi-wall structure provides excellent thermal insulation (U-value of 2.1 W/m²K), reducing heat loss by 40% compared to single-layer roofing. The opal white finish diffuses natural light evenly, eliminating hotspots while maintaining 55% light transmission. Pre-cut panels with aluminum profiles were delivered in batches for rapid on-site assembly.
Results
The completed warehouse roof provides uniform daylight illumination across the entire floor space, reducing artificial lighting requirements by 70%. Temperature monitoring shows stable internal conditions year-round, with summer temperatures averaging 5°C lower than external ambient.
