Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheets

Multiwall polycarbonate sheets (also called hollow polycarbonate sheets) are a type of thermoplastic panel made from high-quality polycarbonate resin. Unlike solid polycarbonate sheets, they feature a multi-layered, hollow structure—typically 2 to 10 layers (twinwall, triple wall, quad wall, or even honeycomb designs)—connected by vertical ribs or hexagonal cells[8][11]. This cellular structure is the key to their exceptional properties, combining the strength of polycarbonate with the insulation benefits of trapped air.

Hollow polycarbonate sheet is a unique thermoplastic engineering material with high-performance mechanical, optical and thermal properties. It is available in twin-wall, multi-wall and honeycomb structures, featuring excellent impact resistance and thermal insulation. It can be UV-protected on both sides and is easy and quick to install.
